Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original RevAir packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device and all included accessories into the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
